Piston Coatings
This process is a baked on thermal top coating and an anti galling slick coating on the piston skirt. The top coat will resist thermal break down up to 1800 degrees F. and reduces heat transfer. The skirt coating impedes galling by preventing surface to surface contact. This process can be done on both new and used pistons. This process not only extends the life of new pistons but will bring good used pistons back to a useful life.
